The 2008/2009 season marks the Upper Canada Chorus’ 10th year of operation. The Upper Canada Chorus (UCC) is dedicated to offering unique educational and social experiences through varied choral literature, performance opportunities, workshops, master classes, retreats, and tours. With over 170 auditioned choristers ranging in age from 6 to 18, UCC remains committed to the development of a world class children’s chorus here in York Region.

Mission
With a commitment to outstanding music education, excellence in performance, and strong social development, the Upper Canada Chorus provides the children and youth of York Region with a rich and rewarding choral music experience. The UCC experience will enhance musicianship, self-growth, creativity, personal expression, and social growth through active participation in a positive and dynamic learning atmosphere.
