Rehearsal Procedures

• Please arrive ten minutes before the designated rehearsal time.
• Sign-in at the attendance desk.
• Please use the washroom, if necessary, before rehearsal as washroom breaks are not permitted during rehearsal.
• No food, gum, candy, or drinks are allowed in any rehearsal hall. You are encouraged to bring a water bottle to rehearsal.
• Please bring your music and two sharpened pencils to every rehearsal.
• Please remember that we are guests of our rehearsal facilities and must show the utmost respect for the personnel and property.
• Please show courtesy and respect to all UCC members, instructors, and volunteers at all times.
• During rehearsal, please give your full attention to the Music Director and refrain from talking or distracting other choristers.
• Please do not attempt to discuss any issues with the Music Director on rehearsal nights or performance days. If you have something that you wish to discuss, please call the chorus line to arrange an appointment.
