|
• All performances require professional conduct and a polished presentation. • Eat a nutritious meal, drink lots of water, and get plenty of rest before a concert. • Plan to arrive ten minutes before the concert call time. • Please bring as few personal items to the performance venue as possible. Do not bring valuables of any kind. • Choristers must be in full uniform for all performances. Make sure your uniform is clean and neatly pressed. Choristers who are not in complete concert dress will not be allowed to participate. The Music Director will make all final decisions about dress code questions. • Professional conduct is required at all times. Follow the directions of the Music Director, instructors, and chaperones. Please wait quietly in designated areas when your ensemble is not rehearsing or performing. • If the Music Director assesses that a chorister is not prepared for the performance, the chorister will not be allowed to participate in the corresponding performance. • Please notify a chaperone if you are feeling ill. • During performances please refrain from talking and listen attentively to other performers. • Please remain seated when other ensembles are performing. • Scheduling Changes: On occasion it may be necessary to make scheduling changes. Often we are asked to participate and perform at local events and fundraisers. We accept a maximum of 3 of these engagements per season. Because of the nature of such events, it is impossible to add these dates in the calendar at the beginning of a year. We appreciate your commitment to the success of the choir by accommodating us as necessary. |
