Upper Canada Chorus

Please use this form to request an absence from a UCC rehearsal. We would like to be informed about absences well before a scheduled rehearsal. We will, however, retrieve all submissions of this form by remote email right up to the scheduled start time. This form will help with efficiency of record keep, and is the prefered mechanism (better than telephone) for all absentee requests. Please remember that discretionary absences from choir rehearsals should be limited to 2 per season. Members of the Amani ensemble should click on their section leader to request an absence.
